Backdraft Dampers


When do I need backdraft dampers? 
When the filter is close enough to the dryers that upon blowdown some of the lint reverses back into the dryer.

How often is this a problem?
In 15% to 20% of multiple dryer installations this can be a problem
.
It becomes a problem on my installation, what do I do? 
Have your local duct installer fabricate and install backdraft dampers near the dryer in the exhaust duct.
